Join us for an engaging 2 to ~ 3 hour workshop, learning the simple, creative and essentials of Peg Loom Weaving where participants will create a chair mat (16" x 16") made with 100% Canadian wool rovings (from Dorset Sheep). Whilst the history of Peg Loom Weaving is unclear, it is believed to be an old method of weaving. The main advantages of a Peg Loom is the simplicity and the portability; nothing said of the amazing results it produces.
This workshop will be held in the loft at Moose Meadows Farm. No experience necessary. All supplies included, along with the use of a 22" Peg Loom and Goat, Sheep, Donkey and Alpaca Cuddles, refreshments and laughter. Specifics are as follows:

Notes:
(a) Payment must be received at the same time as submittal of the Registration Form for a participant to be considered registered. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your name will be removed from the list.

Moose Meadows Farm is a bona-fide working farm. Our front gates are kept closed for safety and we often have the "littles" (goats, sheep, donkeys, pony) wandering the front yard. Upon arriving at the farm, please come through the gates and close them behind you. We may open the gates for you also. Please park your vehicles at the front of the house. The workshop is behind the house in our barn. The loft is upstairs while the facilities are downstairs (outhouse).
